Project Management Team (PMT) or the Towns-County Utilities Project (T-CUP)
Through the planning grants, the County and the Towns have solicited and awarded a contract to Hurt & Proffitt for engineering services, grant administration services and community facilitation services. Management Teams have been formed to work with the consultants to identify needed services, examine cost and funding options and to serve as liaisons to their respective communities on the projects.
