Coed Softball
Northampton County Parks and Recreation will offer a Coed Softball league instead of a women’s league. Games will be played on Friday evenings beginning April 5th at Indiantown Park. Registration deadline for teams is Monday March 18th by 4pm. For more information about this program please call 678-0468.
Softball
Northampton County Parks and Recreation’s men's softball league will be CANCELED due to lack of team participation, Coed softball is still scheduled to begin April 5th registration deadline for this league will be Monday March 25th by 4pm.
Parks and Recreation programs are for the Eastern Shore community to come together in the spirit of fun and sportsmanship, without participation there can be no programs. Please don't let Parks and Rec fade, come out and participate in these wonderful programs!!!

Line Dancing!
Northampton County Parks and Recreation is offering line dancing classes at Indiantown Park every Wednesday night at 7pm. Classes are going on now, donations of $5.00 per person at the door are appreciated, all ages welcome. Come out and join the fun on the dance floor. PUBLIC NOTICE
With the adoption of the FY 2013 budget, the Northampton County Board of Supervisors has provided funds to close the two-hour gap in the middle of the day at the County’s Waste Collection Centers, starting July 1, 2012. New Operating Hours will be :
Monday—Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In accordance with the 2009 Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC), Section 107.1.2, the Northampton County Building Department will refund 75% of permit fees when approved by the Building Official and when requested in writing by the permit holder in the event of revocation, abandonment or discontinuance of project.
