HARBOR GREEN CONDOMINIUMS BREAKS GROUND ON PHASE II

General Builders, a Virginia class A Building Contractor, in collaboration with Parr Properties Brokers, has broken ground on Phase II of its new Harbor Green Condominiums located in the town of Cape Charles on Old Cape Charles Road near the entrance to the Bay Creek Golf Resort.

The groundbreaking was attended by Northampton County Board of Supervisors Chairman, Spencer Murray and Vice Chair, John Coker, along with Angelo Manuel of General Builders and Cynthia Dempster and Bill Parr of Parr Properties. Not shown were Cape Charles Town Manager, Larry Dire and Mayor Smitty Dize.

“These are deluxe custom built condos with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with granite and detailed with crown moldings. They will have plenty of on site parking, outdoor storage units, boat storage for each unit, exterior decks and more,” said Manuel.
Each 4 unit building has a full acre of land area for residents to enjoy. They will feature low monthly condo fees and are pre-construction priced from $239,000. They are only a short distance from the harbor area where many new jobs have been created.

“The county and town need more housing for our growing workforce, and to build our local tax base, and we are excited that this new project will help meet that need,” said Spencer Murray.

“We believe that these condos should be affordable for working families looking to locate in Cape Charles within a golf cart or bicycle ride of numerous businesses and jobs, as well as the harbor and town beach” said Parr.  " We hope to finish construction of our Phase I building by August of this year."
