Cape Charles artist and designer, Emily Smith or EmilyAsAnArtist, was commissioned by Cape Charles Main Street to create this mural in the heart of downtown. The mural was completed on July 3, 2020.
The mural captures the essence of Cape Charles from it's stunning sunsets on the beach, to the Cape Charles Light watertower, the iconic LOVEworks, biking and of course, golf carts.
