PUBLIC NOTICE
The Northampton County Board of Supervisors will meet and conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers located at 16404 Courthouse Road in Eastville, Virginia, on the following matter:
Minor SUP 2026-01: THS Family Limited Partnership (property owner) & Buoy 38 LLC, represented by Dan Brown (applicant) are applying for a minor special use permit for a Single-Wide Mobile Home, a use requiring a special use permit in the ECC/R (Existing Cottage Community/Residential) zoning district. The property is located at 15749 Smith Beach Road in Eastville, VA and is further described as Tax Maps 56-A-99A (land parcel) & 56-A-15749 (building only).
The application file may be viewed in the Planning, Permitting, and Enforcement Office in the County Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or viewed electronically at Diligent Community website.
